The Jones Company Continues to Develop Neighborhoods

Nashville-based The Jones Company continues to develop neighborhoods in area suburbs due to both consistent and increased demand. These areas attract homebuyers, with proximity to major interstates, shopping and amenities, and major city attractions as the draw.

Jen Whitener Chosen Wilson Co Teacher of the Year by CedarStone

Jen Whitener, a 7th grade teacher at McClain Christian Academy was selected as the 2013 Wilson County Teacher of the Year. Bone III, of Wilson County Motors.  The Teacher of the Year program began almost 16 years ago under the direction of W.P. Bone, III, owner of Wilson County Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, and Bob McDonald, President, CedarStone Bank.  Some 28 teachers in Wilson County are nominated from their schools and are recognized during a formal event held each year at Cumberland University.

Maui Wowi Now Open In MTJ

Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a flexible franchise concept specializing in serving premium Hawaiian coffees, handcrafted specialty drinks, and flavorful fresh fruit smoothies, has opened a new location in Mt. Juliet, Tenn. Franchise owners and operators, Jim and Jeanne Morrissey have been eagerly awaiting this day, preparing down to the last detail.

The menu includes a variety of specialty coffee and espresso drinks that are made using freshly shipped coffee from Hawaiian Islands that can also be bought in whole bean or fresh ground in the shop. Red Robin Supports Alex’s Lemonade Stand for National Lemonade Day Tuesday

Red Robin is turning lemons into Freckled Lemonade® on National Lemonade Day, celebrating the national holiday and honoring the beloved summertime drink by giving back!  On Tuesday, Aug. 20, Red Robin® restaurants nationwide will host lemonade stands to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding better treatments and ultimately cures for all kids with cancer.

Participating Red Robin restaurants will serve free samples of the gourmet burger authority’s signature Freckled Lemonadeat their lemonade stands, while collecting donations for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to aid in funding research leading to cures.  Freckled Lemonade — a blend of sweet strawberries and tangy Minute Maid®Lemonade with free bottomless refills— has been Red Robin’s signature beverage for more than 20 years, and is the perfect drink to honor National Lemonade Day.
